The restaurant offer is structured on the following time frame:

• the Little Menu: daily and first rate, cooked and eaten in just 45 minutes;
• the Single Dish: that changes weekly, cooked and eaten in just 30 minutes;
• from the Slicer: selection of cured meats (including Spigaroli Culatello), served with our pickles;
• from the Cutting Board: a selection of mostly local cheeses, served with our pear “mustard;”
• for Vegetarians: large salad based on 12 kinds of greens;
• the Little à la carte: changes every two months, with other main dishes and sweets.
